The single course 'Introduction to blockchain technology and distributed consensus underlying decentralized applications' aims to provide students with a solid theoretical and practical basis on one of the most innovative technologies of recent years. We will explore the fundamental principles of blockchains, distributed consensus mechanisms and their most promising applications.

At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the potential of blockchains, evaluate their implications and identify the business opportunities that can arise from this technological revolution and knowledge of how cryptocurrencies work.
